PM Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana Scheme: केंद्र में एक बड़ी जनसंख्या असंगठित क्षेत्रों से जुड़ा हुआ है. ऐसे में सभी को कई बार बड़े उलझन का सामना करना पड़ता करना पड़ता है. जैसे मैं करोना महामारी के शुरुआत के बाद ऐसे लोग उलझन का सामना कर रहे थे. इन सभी परेशानी को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा एक योजना की शुरुआत की गई. इस योजना का नाम प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना है इस योजना को शुरू करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य असंगठित लोगों का मदद करना और उनके भविष्य को उज्जवल बनाना है
सरकार ने इस योजना को मासिक पेंशन के आधार पर पहले वेट नहीं होता है बुढापे समाज को देखते हुए वर्ष 2019 में शुरुआत की थी इस योजना के अनुसार 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद ₹3000 का पेंशन दिया जाएगा उसके बदले 1.80 के खर्चे पर ₹3000 का पेंशन ले सकते हैं
प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना की कुछ विशेष बातें जानते हैं:
प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आपकी महीने का आए ₹15000 से कम रहना चाहिए.15,000 से ज्यादा आय वाले लोगों को इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा. इसमें जुड़ने के लिए आपकी उम्र 18 साल होना चाहिए और हर महीने ₹55 जमा करना होगा. इसी तरह से 29 साल के लोगों को ₹100 प्रति महीना जमा करना होगा और 40 साल के उम्र के लोगों को ₹200 प्रति महीना जमा करना होगा. जमा करने के बाद योजना के अनुसार जब आपकी उम्र 60 साल से ज्यादा हो जाएगा तू सरकार की ओर से ₹3000 का मंथली पेंशन दिया जाएगा और एक महत्वपूर्ण बात 40 साल से ज्यादा उम्र के व्यक्ति इस योजना का लाभ नहीं ले सकते हैं.

इस योजना को शुरू करने के पीछे सरकार का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह की असंगठित क्षेत्रों से जुड़े लोग अपनी तरह सीमा के बाद काम नहीं कर पाते हैं तो ऐसे लोगों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए सरकार यह योजना को शुरू किया इस योजना का लाभ ईएसआईसी और ईपीएफओ के सदस्य नहीं ले सकते हैं ऐसे लोगों के लिए सरकार ने ई श्रम कार्ड की सुविधा की भी शुरुआत की है इसमें भी कई तरह के लाभ दिए जाते हैं।
