क्योंकि सरकार ने सिलेंडर पर मिलने वाला सब्सिडी को फिर से शुरू करने का प्रस्ताव वित्त मंत्रालय को भेजा गया है इसमें झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों में रसोई गैस पर सब्सिडी दिया जा रहा है। इसलिए देश के अन्य राज्यों में भी शुरू कर दिया जाएगा 

अगर वित्त मंत्रालय के द्वारा प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी जाती है तो सरकार पेट्रोलियम कंपनी के डीलर को ₹303 की सब्सिडी देगी और एलपीजी सिलेंडर पर भी उतना ही छूट मिलेगा। जो गैस सिलेंडर लेंगे उसके लिए ₹900 नहीं बल्कि ₹587 देना होगा।

इसके लिए आपको अपने एलपीजी कनेक्शन को आधार कार्ड से लिंक करना होगा अगर आप अपना एलपीजी कनेक्शन आधार से लिंक नहीं कराए हैं तो जल्द ही करवा और सब्सिडी का लाभ उठाना शुरू करें। आपको कनेक्शन से जुड़ा हुआ मोबाइल नंबर पर मैसेज के माध्यम से सब्सिडी के सभी जानकारी मिलेगी
