- ★ The benefit will not be given to Central or State Government officials or farmers who are given pensions in excess of ₹ 10000 per month.
- ★ Professional doctors, engineers, CA, lawyers also do farming, those people also will not be given benefits under it.
- ★ Those farmers who have paid income tax in the last financial year will also be deprived of the Pradhan Mantri KisanSamman Nidhi Yojana.
- ★ Nevertheless, under this scheme, the Central Government and State Government Multi Tasking Staff or employees working under the Fourth category will be able to take advantage of this scheme.
