How much profit did the farmers get so far this year under the scheme?
The central government had deposited Rs 11,11,82,695 in the bank accounts of farmers in the April-July quarter this year. At the same time, in the second quarter (August to November), the government had given Rs 11,13,69,573 to the farmers, which is the highest amount given to the farmers in all the quarters so far.

Initially, the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was available only to small and marginal farmers. But on June 2019, all the farmers were brought under the scheme by modifying the scheme.
