Ministry of Railways is organising a short-term training programme at nominated Training Centres at all India level for youth under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana. This program is entry level skill development training program in various trades i.e. AC Mechanic, Carpenter, CNSS (Communication Network & Surveillance System), Computer Basics, Concreting, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Fitters, Instrument Mechanic (Electrical & Electronics), Machinist, Refrigeration & AC, Technician Mechatronics, Track laying, Welding, Bar Bending and Basics of IT, S&T in Indian Railway. This training will help candidates in getting an employment and becoming self-employed too

Who are the target beneficiaries under STT CSCM component PMKVY 2016-2023? In line with the objectives stated above, this Scheme is applicable to any candidate of Indian nationality who: Is an unemployed youth or, school/college dropouts, Possesses an Aadhaar card (for candidates from Aadhar region only)  and a bank account, Has a verifiable alternate ID such as PAN or Voter ID (applicable only for the states of North-East region and J&K – Additional IDs may be added from time to time) Any other criteria, as defined by the SSCs for the respective job roles. ABOUT SCHEME

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2023: Online Application Form PDF Download – Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation.   In the last 5 years, 723 Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras were established in 707 districts of the country with the objective of fulfilling youth aspirations under the leadership of PM Modi. Training Centres: To conduct training under PMKVY, centres have to be accredited and affiliated as per guidelines defined in the SOP document Centre Accreditation and Affiliation Guidelines. Monetary Payouts: PMKVY will follow complete transparent funding of skill training without any intermediaries and payouts will be directly transferred to the stakeholder’s account. In this scheme, those who have done higher secondary or post-graduation are eligible for registration. Not every student can get registered under this scheme. Apart from this, a job fair is organized by the government for all the students who take training from here. It is held once in every 6 months period.

SCHEME OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. The government’s aim is to have a PMKK in every district so that local skilling can be given importance. Enable and mobilize a large number of youth to take up industry designed quality skill training, become employable and earn their livelihood.

Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Common Norms: The Scheme is aligned to the Common Norms and will be amended from time to time. Payout Mechanism: The training cost for the candidates will be directly transferred to TPs. Biometric devices at the Training Centres (TCs) will be mandatory. Centre Accreditation and Affiliation: All the TCs will be required to undergo the centre accreditation and affiliation process as defined in Guidelines for Accreditation, Affiliation and continous Monitoring of TCs for Skill Ecosystem. Target Allocation: The targets may be assigned to the TCs on a long-term basis with a provision for periodic review. Mobilization: TCs shall conduct various outreach campaigns across the districts in which they are located. Enrollments, Training, and Curriculum: Training would be imparted as per National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). It is mandatory for the candidates to have an Aadhaar ID during the enrollment process; the bank account details, however can be uploaded later. Assessments and Certifications: Assessment Agencies (AAs) will be empaneled by the SSCs or the successor National Board for Skill Certification (NBSC).

प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना का मुख्य उद्देश ग्रामीण स्तर पर राष्ट्र के विकास के लिए कुशल व्यक्तियों की उत्पादकता को बढ़ाना है |

सीएससी के द्वारा कौशल प्रशिक्षण साथ युवाओं को रोजगार और उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिए कौशल प्रमाण के साथ Monetary पुरस्कार भी प्रदान किए जाते है |

पीएमकेवीवाई पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए पात्रता मानदंड

• लगभग सभी राज्यों के उम्मीदवार इस योजना से लाभान्वित हो सकते हैं। सरकार के अनुसार, कोई भी बेरोजगार युवा या स्कूल / कॉलेज ड्रॉपआउट इस योजना में नामांकन कर सकते हैं।
• PMKVY में आवेदन करने के लिए आवेदक के पास आधार कार्ड और बैंक खाता होना चाहिए।
• उम्मीदवार के पास पैन या मतदाता पहचान पत्र (जैसे केवल पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र के राज्यों के लिए लागू हो) और जम्मू-कश्मीर – अतिरिक्त आईडी को समय-समय पर जोड़ा जा सकता है।

प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना से जुड़ने के फायदे |

• Prime Minister’s Skill Development Scheme के तहत सबसे पहले आप को अपना आवेदन नजदीकी कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रों की सहायता से करना होता है 
• रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रों के द्वारा आप को प्रशिक्षित किया जायेगा इससे पहले नामांकन के लिए आपसे अपनी पूरी जानकारी की जाएगी | और आपके डेटावेस को प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकाश योजना के तहत रजिस्टर किया जायेगा |
• इसके बाद आपको सिलेक्ट किया जायेगा और इनाम दिया जायेगा इनाम मिलने के बाद आप लोन के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते है |

WHAT IS PMKVY? Approved for another four years (2016-2023) to benefit 10 million youth Allocated Budget 12,000 Crores  Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
